        Poor Customer Service!

        I wish no stars was an option! I had a bad experience with Wholesale Appliance Mt. Pleasant. From the beginning the sales guy, George King, was not good to deal with. My wife and I purchased over $10k in appliances from George. I had to call 4-5 times after the sale to get updates on our purchase and possible delivery. Every time I reached George he acted like it was an inconvenience to check on our purchase. He said he would "call me right back" after he checked with the owner and I never heard from him again. Absolutely no customer service at all. Once we verified the appliances were in we scheduled our install. Problem here is they outsource installs and can't tell you what time the installer will come until the morning of the install. So, my wife had to take the whole day off from work to sit around until they got to us. Unreal! Very disappointed and would not recommend. I guess there's a reason they have an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau.
