        There is not enough praise I can give to Dr. Picard. If I could give a 10-star rating for expertise and professionalism I would. Dr. Picard performed two procedures on me which could have had some unpleasant after-effects. I had none. It was like nothing had ever been done.
        Just as important, at least to me, is the time Dr. Picard took to thoroughly analyze my symptoms, and explain alternatives and their consequences. He did so patiently and with empathy.
