Ruined my comforter in their washer on one visit. When I washed my own items , they would not allow me to use their dryers....and none of them were being used!
Have been a regular here for about a year now and they have never let me down! Convenient, quick and professional. The specials they offer along with free delivery and pickup plus express care if you're a regular?! Just no comparison to anywhere else I've been. Awesome customer service too.
been there 8 years but the past year has been horrible. They have lost a large order of mine and just looked at me like I was the crazy one. They have always been pricey but location was convenient. Not sure what my next step is but I would stay away from this place.
The owner was very polite. The drop off services are great.Well done and cheaper then doing yourself. Her folding was perfect.
Always professional and courteous, never a problem. My husband travels a lot and doesn't always have a long window for services, Chris' has always exceeded our requirements and expectations.
EXCELLENT!! SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Just called to see if you can use the dryers without using their washers. A friendly lady answered AND replied "of course", and welcomed my business for just the dryer usage. They support the community and do not discriminate on usage of drying only choice vs requiring washing and drying. They clearly wish to service all the needs of the public and should be rewarded for doing so in such a open and friendly manner. This is Good Business, Good Service to the public and common sense.
AVOID, do not support this business, they do not support the community. Owner, woman very rude!! For self-service, she does not allow drying without washing. In other words she will take your money for drop off service (given the service fees she charges), but if she can't milk you dry on the self service portion i.e. washing fees and drying fees she will turn you away. AND inform you of this in quit a rude manner. If you are a public laundry vs valet only service you should not deny service to the public...and in such a rude way.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! The only reason I even gave them a star is because I had to to post this review. They destroyed my favorite, really expensive top and then were RUDE to me about it. I told them I was moving in a few days and then they gave me every excuse in the book about why my shirt wasn't ready or fixed. LIED to me and told me they had the beads and then told me they didn't and weren't going to fix it. They basically led me on a wild goose chase to get my shirt back; it took four weeks to finally talk to the manager and all I got out of it was $7 and my destroyed shirt. All she gave me were excuses and cut me off at the end of the conversation with, "OK, Bye." The only reason I even gave them one star is because I have to give them something to post this review. I am doing you a favor. Don't waste your time or money on these people.
I really wish I had read the reviews before taking an expensive tablecloth to KB.The other 2 very negative reviews here echo my story. They ruined my tablecloth, taking no responsiblity for it, avoiding phone calls, and refusing to even return the $15 dollars I paid for the cleaning.....at minimum. The manager was never in the store or available to resolve problems. Stay away if you want a reliable cleaners with business ethics and willingness to make customers happy. I, too, wish there were a 0 or -1 rating!!
