Never again. Item ordered/shipped 12/2/16 $14 USPS shipping. Read their policies meticulously. Expected delivery date 12/5/16 & only update 12/3/16 (in transit). 12/8/16: hadn't received item. Their quoted response, “According to the US Postal System tracking information, your order is in transit to your destination.” 12/10/16: still no item & explained, as seller, their responsibility to get package to me, track it, replace, cancel shipment/return or refund. Their quoted response, “I’m sorry that I have no more information than what is provided in the USPS tracking. I cannot cancel a shipment that is in transit.” How to handle a company that ships & doesn’t care if you get or not? Started dispute 12/12/16 via Paypal & search through USPS with no indication of them doing anything except looking on USPS per exact responses quoted. Part of their quoted response to Paypal, “However, shipping delays often occur during the holidays due to the high volume of packages handled by the USPS. We make no guarantees to our customers regarding delivery dates. Our shipping policies clearly state "We are not responsible for Postal Service shipping delays & we are unable to offer you refunds if the Postal Service fails to deliver your package in time. In our 13 years in business and with more than 40,000 packages shipped, we have only had a single instance where the Postal Service lost/failed to deliver a package. We are confident that USPS will soon locate and deliver this customer's order.” For a business quite familiar with USPS (their own words), they know USPS.com: “If after 7 business days (12/9/16 in my own case), your mail or package hasn’t arrived, submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the following information” & call directly if no response in 3 business days. This isn’t blaming them for a lost package. This is about how they respond & handle problems or the lack thereof. Replacement is not in their vocabulary & take zero responsibility in getting a package to you.
