Poor customer service. They don't hurry when line is out door. Signing in means nothing. Three customers who came in after Us were waited on before we walked out. Go to Verizon store on pickard. These guys don't care.
Worked with the store manager Brandon, he either lied just to make a sale, or didn't know verizon policies. When asked what he could do to fix the mistake he basically told me I was out of luck. He also seemed very confused as he stared at his computer screen and tried to figure out an excuse. I would not recommend anyone do business with russel cellular.
Our phone (LG Cosmos Touch) stopped working for the 3rd time in less than a year; we called to have it replaced...AGAIN. We asked for a different model (same price, just a different model) and were informed..."if you have problems with this phone this time, we'll exchange it for another model." Three months later, the phone stopped working again. We called customer service and...surprise, nothing noted about exchanging the phone for another model. We spent an hour on the phone with customer service AGAIN asking for another model at equal value. We were told that her Supervisor would call after checking into it. Surprise again, no call from the Supervisor. I stopped at the local store here in Mt. Pleasant on two separate occasions, once to ask about the exchange for a different model phone at equal value but was told they could only exchange in store for the same model. Second, was to ask about purchasing a used phone and having it activated. During that conversation we were told again that they could only exchange the phone for the same model in store on the same day. After doing some searching for a used phone we decided to go ahead with the even exchange in the store. Surprise....no even exchange in store same day, they would have one shipped. I was very understanding the first 3 times the phone stopped working, but this was ridiculous. The salesperson who informed me I could exchange in store was actually there working, but never attempted to assist in anyway, ignored me and would not make eye contact. The manager began arguing with me and stated I must have misunderstood what was told to me. Once again, I have to wait for a horrible product to arrive in the mail regardless of what I was told. I would NOT consider purchasing from this company. The customer service at the Mt Pleasant store is horrible. There are much better options in the area, shop somewhere else.
