The Partlo Property Management team is very unprofessional. Everything that Mike D has said besides the door lock changes happened to me. They do not care about make their clients happy, but more than happy to take your rent for your house that is barely livable. I called today and was told that I would receive a phone call back from Linda, but still haven't gotten that call. They are shysters and will try to get any amount of money out of you.
I was a resident, and NOT ONCE were my maintenance requests fulfilled. I've requested things to be fixed, I've also requested immediate door code changes for security purposes, and they felt comfortable with the idea of taking my money without actually doing anything. I've been blamed for other residesent's mistakes, and was irrationally even threatened to be kicked out for my neighbor's dog, which had nothing to do with me. They are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. They will not respond to your emails, and they will even hang up on you. I suggest writing down all of their mistakes that violate your contract, so when you get fed up and seek legal action, you have all the material you need.
Just be prepared to not receive back all of your security deposit. Even if you take amazing care of the place you rent and leave it in better condition you find it in.
