I was in town for CMU homecoming this weekend. me and a few friends stopped in on Saturday morning and had Horrible service. 1. I had an 8.91 cent meal gave the cashier my bill, she randomly picks up a different bill and charges my card 62.00$. I don't know what made her grab a different receipt rather than the one I gave her but she did and barley apologized. The money is still not available on my card even though she said it would go right back, the purchase is pending. 2. we ordered our meals and almost 30 whole minutes after ordering we were told they didn't have items from our order like the Salmon, and the sausage ordered. But again we had ordered 30 minutes before that so how did it take so long to find out. so it then took over an hour to get our food. When the food comes out the vegetarian meal ordered by my friend had SAUSAGE in it. Like the meal on the menu clearly says NO MEAT and for some reason your cook through some sausage in that mans meal! Then we had to wait for that to get fixed and he couldn't eat and had to share with us (again after we already waited an hour). overall it was horrible service when I was in undergrad I had great times and great food at this establishment, it sad and embarrassing n what happened on Saturday. I am advising you all of the situation before I take action and report it to the Better business bureau, and the consumer protection agency. The service was unacceptable and im truly bothered that we were charged at all after that horrible service. I would like my money returned to me (both set 62.00 that was charged in error and the 9.00$ for my meal.). This was a bad situation and I am trying o allow time for you all to correct it. you can ask any of the wait staff about our table and our issues. I also find it odd we were the only African American patrons and the only patrons who had any issues with services. with these trying times in our country, i would hope that had nothing to do with it.
