Village Cleaners & Tailors

This Cleaners is incredible. I've taken typical dry cleaning in, comforters, and even had pants tailored. They are excellent on every front. Friendly and prompt service with great prices. I now travel further just to continue using this cleaner!

The people are nice enough, BUT ... all my white shirts have turned brownish-yellow, especially around the collars. When I point this out they say "we scrub the collars". Really??? So now they tell me to get them really clean, I have to pay $5 a shirt to dry clean them. Really?? Good-bye! The ladies are nice but the cleaning is sub-standard. Avoid. I had to move on to another local cleaner.

I used to go to a nearby cleaners but wasnt getting service or the work i expected. Thats when i found village cleaners. I get all of my buisness attire cleaned and tailored here. The people that work here are super friendly. I highly recommend Village Cleaners in Mt Laurel!!

My wife has been a loyal customer at Village II Cleaners almost since their opening day. Recently she took a new skirt that she had worn only once to Village II Cleaners to be cleaned and pressed. They burned the fabric. She returned the skirt there and told them they burned it. They took the skirt back and said they would try to fix it. Thinking that the skirt was stained and not burned, they used a stain remover on the skirt. It came out worse. My wife obtained a receipt for the skirt from the store from which is was bought and requested to be reimbursed for the skirt since Village II Cleaners ruined it after she wore it only one time. They refused to reimburse her for the skirt and instead offer her a cleaning credit on future cleaning bills. Why would she ever take anything back if they won't take responsibility for damage they cause? Additionally they did the same thing to a bride's made dress that my daughter took there about six months ago. Obviously, we are never going back to Village II Cleaners for anything and we recommend you don't take them any garment that you value.
