If you like being ripped off Lexus of Cherry Hill is the place for you....

Please beware. If you value your time and money, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS DEALERSHIP. These people are true rip off artists. I dropped my car off on a Wednesday evening (6-25-08) and planned to pick it up on a Thursday evening (6-26-08). I had taken my car in for a detail job and all they accomplished was the equivalent of a wash and wax for over $200.00. A detail job should leave your car looking pristine and like new. When I came to pick up my car the next night it was surprising to see water spots and condensation on my windows, red marks on my passenger door that weren't there before I took the car in, the door jams were glossed over and not completely cleaned and the list goes on. I complained to the night manager of the detail department. He even agreed that the day crew did a poor job. He apologized and assured me that he would have my car redone and I could pick it up the following evening. I left feeling that they would redeem themselves. The next morning I received a call from "Jason" who advised that he didn't see anything wrong and everything looked great to him. That fact is no one cares what he thinks, it's my right as the customer to be satisfied with the service because it's my car and my money. All he did was made me very upset. He called me later that morning to advise that my car was ready to be picked up and I had until 8 pm to get it. I work in another state so I can only get there around 7:15 pm or 7:30 pm. When I arrived at the dealer to pick up the car on Friday (6-27-08) at 7:25 pm, I was dismayed to find out the dealership closed at 6 pm. I saw my "detailed" car out in the open and you guessed it. It rained earlier that evening. Lexus couldn't have done a lousier job at detailing a car or customer service if they tried. It so very disappointing. I've owned Lexus cars since 1997. The larger their establishment grew in Cherry Hill, NJ the less they truly cared about customer service. Please take my advice and do not buy their cars or use their services for anything. Tell all of your friends too. Knowledge is power. Now I know that Lexus is all hype and no substance.
