Excellent company, and amazing service. Called several taxi companies in the area, but none would agree to pick me up and take me, my 18 month daughter, and my 4 year old daughter about a mile from our house to where our car was located. This was a borderline emergency situation, and despite the short distance needed to travel, one that unfortunately I couldn't navigate without a car. Needless to say, Rick at A1 City Taxi Cab was willing and able to help us out, and for that I am extremely appreciative and will recommend A1 to any and everyone in the area who needs a taxi company that actually puts the needs of their customers first!
My girlfriend and I attended an event in Nashville on a Friday night. To avoid the parking situation and because we had planned to consume adult beverages, we called Rick at A-1. His rates are very reasonable and we called him to pick us up at the end of the evening. He's a very nice gentleman that provides a great service at a very reasonable rate. Highly recommend !!
I would like to thank A1 taxi svc for a very generous and prompt last minute booking.I had emergency dental surgery came up and did t have a clue how I was going or coming from there 16 miles away and being 700 miles from home the owner of the company took complete control of my needs and was there waiting on me to get me back to my job after surgery then took me for my prescriptions before she would rest on my needs at the time.A total blessing and I cant say enough for there company Thank you James
I was in dire need of a taxi in Mt Juliet and after being quoted a minimum of $25 from the larger cab companies and a quote from a Mt Juliet car service for a minimum of $45 I continued to search and found A1. They were inexpensive, prompt and very friendly. I would recommend this taxi service to anyone in the Mt juliet area needed service within Mt Juliet. The driver was very nice and courteous. I have used this service twice this week and would not hesitate to use it again should the need arise.
