Service man came on time as scheduled, checked out both washer and dryer --this was a warranty check and not a repair. He was very nice and knew his job well Complimented me on how clean and kept up my frigiadare laundry set is --very nice repair man. I am, well pleased. would like my account to say Marie Clutter instead of Robert Clutter as he passed away on March 24, 2016.
It took 6months or longer to get my refrigerator up and working,kept getting service techs that didn't know much about my fridge,ordered 2 boards didn't work,waited 2 weeks on new parts didn't work,so ordered 2 parts didn't work,so waited 2 more weeks on service tech he came looked at fridge ,ordered parts waited 2 weeks didn't work,so waited 2 more weeks didn't work,in the mean time had to get 2 mini fridges lost my freezer food and fridge food,still waiting on reimbursement of that ,it's been 3vweeks still waiting,didn't offer to reimbursement me for having to get a minute fridge,but for food loss,but here I am still waiting on that said check,so in the mean time yet another service tech came 2 weeks later,and finally after a year of fighting with this fridge and Sears it seems to be working ,but we'll see for how long,I recommend Gene,he was the one service tech out of the 3 that came that fixed my problem,don't think I will buy another Kenmore Elite,freezer in bottom fridge.
Machine broke 2 months ago. After calling for repair, it took 2 weeks for service to be scheduled. Serviceman came and had to order part. Waited 2 weeks for return visit to install part. Serviceman said wrong part was ordered. Ordered another part. Took 2 weeks for for serviceman to return. Part installed but needed another part. Part ordered. Wrong part came in. Part ordered again. This time serviceman came in a week and installed it. Took 2 months to get machine fixed. Seems to be working okay now.
