I recently purchased an Escape from Randal Auto Sales and I have to say, it was the best buying experience I have ever had in the way of cars. Josh and Randy were very professional, no pressure, and so easy to deal with. I had a small problem a week after with a door lock switch and they fixed it (NO QUESTIONS ASKED). I was searching the internet for a used 350 Z with low mileage and low and behold I came across Randal Auto. Called and made an appointment with Dennis ( one heck of a nice guy), checked out the Z and the auto report and everything checked out. The price was just lowered. Randy was excellent in the buying process and a couple of small items were taken care of promptly. Very pleased and Thanks to Randy and Dennis for such great service.
I want to say kudos to a fantastic business transaction with purcharsing my 2005 Nissan Maxima. The car was at a wholesale price. Randal is very honest and it is a rare find. Trica came in on a Saturday and wanted to leave a deposit to hold a vehicle. She had other vehicles to look at in Pa. on Monday. I didn't want her deposit knowing Saturdays were big selling days and she was determined to continue to shop. I took her deposit with the understanding she had the first right of refusal.
This meant if a customer came in and wanted to purchase the vehicle we would call her FIRST to ask her if she wanted to decide. A couple came in to purchase the vehicle a hour later and before moving forward we called her to inform her someone came in to buy it. We told her she had to make her mind up "yes or no" she had first right of refusal. She became very hostile and accuse us of trying to "strong arm " her into purchasing the vehicle ". She told us "I am not falling for those kind of sales tactics-sell the car". That Monday the vehicle was off the front line display, off the website, and delivered to it's new owners. She went crazy! The vehicle was a one of a kind BMW, one owner with all the service records from the local BMW dealer. She realized she had make a very bad decision and of course when most people make a mistake their instinct is to immediately blame someone else. Randal Auto Sales
I bought a 2007 Chevy Tahoe, last month from Randall Used Car lot. Dennis and Randy gave me the best service they ever could give me. I always drive by looking at their vehicles they had this Tahoe that caught my eye. Dennis got the ball rolling for me to find someone to give me a loan the same day he called me back and was able to get the Tahoe. Also I was driving and found out that my left head light wasn't working so got it fix. And Mr. Randall reimburse me the money I spent on fixing it. They are great
