Imma tell y'all this place has done my.husband wrong I'm very upset with the way Dr smith has treated him my husband has been going to him for 10 yes and has ask Dr smith for the past year for a referral to help him with issues that Dr smith can't and Dr Smith never gave him my husband is disable have severe back pain and Dr smith has taken him down to almost nothing my husband does not abuse his meds he takes as needed and for almost a year my husband has ask Dr smith to referred him to a pain clinic and he has not my husband goes once a month to Dr smith has to sit and wait 2 to 3hours when he goes thays just crazy all he wants is help and for a Dr to ignore your problems is insane my husband has issues with his balls they are the size of baseballs and he has told Dr smith time and time again to get him a referral and the Dr hasn't my husband is in pain all the time he needs a specialist to help him with this and today my husband goes there and waits 2 hours as he always does and Dr smith cut his meds in half and still has yet to get him a referral so I'm going to get my husband a good Dr that cares about his clients and hopefully get him the help he needs this has gone on to long I went to Dr smith right after my mom passed cause was a wreak he seemed nice and understanding but from the way he has treated my husband this past year he won't be back

I have been going to this practice for about 3 years now and I sit in the waiting room at least 2-3 hours every time I go. I'm never out of there without first spending at least 3-4 hours. I've only seen Smith, and can barely hear him speak. Hes a great Dr but the receptionists are totally incompetent. They need jobs at this practice like I need a hole in the head. They need to be removed from the office. Shannon is the only one who cares about you. I don't recommend this practice to anyone. Unless you've got plenty of time to sit around and wait. Deadbeats at front desk.
poorest excuse for health care professionals. it is clear that most of this staff has no business working in healthcare, or any customer service for that matter. treated horribly by receptionist then admittedly hung up on me. NEVER GO HERE!!
Never go here! My son was to be treated for bronchitis and never got the medicine he needed. I called there three times for the medicine and they just said we will call it in now. So mad!! When we were at the office on that day they were very unprofessional, rude, dirty looking and just plain icky! The doctor told me my son had a condition then turned around and said that she made that up there is no such thing and explained what was going on. In the exam room while i was just looking out the window with my kids there were dead bugs and black spiders right in children s reach! The night of his office visit I called about a medication concern, first i got the operator then the nurse called me back and when i asked about the medicines she told me its better just to call a pharmacist because they know more!!! WTF? My kids will now go to a different doctor and I can't wait.
I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. DR SMITH IS MY PRIMARY TO TREAT MY SEVER PROBLEMS. BUT WHEN IT COMES TO SICK VISITS I PREFER TO SEE AMY, SHE IS "GREAT" BOTH HER AND DR SMITH TAKE THE TIME TO LISTEN AND TALK TO ME ABOUT WHAT EVER I AM DEALING WITH. I DO RECOMMEND THIS PRACTICE. I TAKE MY SON THERE AND MY DAUGHTER GOES THERE AS WELL. DR SMITH TREATED MY MOTHER FOR MORE THAN 15 PLUS PLUS YEARS. THE RECEPTIONIST ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ALWAYS ASK BOUT MY FAMILY AND ALWAYS REFER TO ME BY MY FIRST NAME. THEY EVEN KNOW MY VOICE WHEN I CALL. SANDI, THE FORMER RECEPTIONIST IS SO VERY AWESOME, BEVERLY IS SUPER SWEET AND CAREING. AND BECKY THE NEW RECEPTIONIST, WELL DONT KNOW HER THAT WELL BUT SHE IS JUST AS WONDERFUL AS THE REST. THE OFFICE MANAGER IS AWESOME AND A DEAR FRIEND OF MINE. SHANNON AND SANDI IN BILLING ARE EXCEPTIONAL WOMEN AND VERY DEAR FRIENDS AS WELL. It is an unprofessional environment, the pa thinks she has a medical degree, or acts as though she does. She has no bedside manner and needs to take a class on how she words her sentences and communicates with patients. for instance...don't use scare tactics as a way of communicating or a know it all attitude because, let's face it, you are not a medical doctor. I have NEVER seen Dr. Smith, even though I have gone there for 3 or so years. I am wondering if he even works there? After my last trip there, I have decided not to go back.
