I would like to start out by saying that the only reason I gave this 4 stars is that the paperwork print is very small and difficult to read but... other than that I loved my experience with this dealership. First I was greeted by a very nice man named Kevin who was very kind and a considerate salesman (no high pressure) Kevin let me drive as many trucks as I wanted and made sure I was comfortable with the process. Once I decided on the truck I negotiated a fair but satisfying amount with Mike. Right after that Johnathan drew up my paperwork and went over everything line by line. I took home the paperwork to sleep on my decision and felt comfortable to return the next day for finalizing the sale. (I also bought the premium warranty which Is extra Insurance for my peace of mind) So with all I can say my experience was near perfect and I got the truck that I always wanted and saved for! Hello,The reason that I am rating this dealership so highly lies solely on the actions of one employee; Patrick. At one point, I was literally kicking myself for coming to this dealership, as I normally drive out of my way to Mullinax (a hour drive - one way!), but Patrick revealed to me that customer service had not been entirely lost here at Prestige Ford. This manager went out his way to remedy the issues I was having and I left this dealership knowing he did his very best to provide me with the upmost customer service. Strange place. The techs are constantly rambling things to themselves (I guess this is standard practice there? Or are they all just possessed?) Multiple workers are called to look at the oil filters to make sure the pit guy installs the correct one (puts little faith in the pit guy IMO. Unless he can't read the numbers on it?) and they don't have uniforms: One guy wears a Tire Kingdom shirt, another wears a school shirt, and some just have no labels. I guess the work itself is good. It's just a strange environment. I left there rather perplexed, if not somewhat disturbed.
I went there recently to have an oil change and Manager checked and advised me to wait. Said my oil looked to be in very good condition and suggested I come back in a month or so. I have waited, as advised, and will be going back to this HONEST and HELPFUL business and employee on 11/7/2014. Thanks.

Great dealership to buy from! i had a wonderful experience here and I loved not having to pay a stupid dealer fee! They will always have my business and I have told all of my friends to go see them!
All in all great place and reasonable prices. The manager is honest and trustworthy and the staff is very friendly. I would recommend you go here if you are looking for fast and great service.
