I rent cars often for business all over the country, however the past couple times I have needed to rent a car twice while on vacation in Mt. Dora. I compared other nearby rental car agencies within 10 miles. Hands down, the staff at Enterprise offered the best rates and worked with me to accommodate my departure and return times, as well as a suitable vehicle. I was treated with respect and understanding. The friendly agents (Reed and Katie, among others there) were especially helpful. In the future, why would I go anywhere else?
I have been consistently impressed by the high quality of service, personable reps and clean, well maintained rental cars (on all tiers of rental). I have never encountered a disgruntled or unhelpful employee at the Mt. Dora location (which is the location I most frequently rent from).
They are always eager to solve any problems that arise with rental, be it letting another customer use their printer to print out a utility bill so they can use a debit card or helping me through their end of the insurance process when a pebble cracked a windshield of one of their cars while I was renting it.
I use their company and the Mt. Dora branch to rent cars for my company trips and I will continue to do so for the foreseeable future.
I rented a car for a week and my whole experience with this location was excellent. Had no problems, matter of fact they did not have the car I rented so they upgrade me and was very please. Sometimes reading reviews is not what it is cracked up to be. Consumers, it is your responsibility to pay attention in what service or product your getting and use the common sense of negotiating your situation. Never have had a issue with Enterprise...great job Ladies and Gentlemen
Enterprise wouldn't let me have the car I wanted, instead they gave me a car they wanted to give me. The first thing they did was try to hide dents by soaking the car down with water. The attendant attempted to get me to sign a form insisting there was no damage. I refused and he got upset. The car had numerous dents on the drivers door. The front of the car was covered in bugs and the car was filthy and smelled like smoke inside. I took it home and scrubbed it down and found damage to the front end and called enterprise and told them. After driving it a while I found out there was no windshield fluid nor did the wipers work. The car had high mileage and in my mind was a JUNK!!!!! I will never take another car in this condition from any rental company in the future. When I returned the car back it was spotless and the attendant took it back in after checking it out. 12 hours later I got a call from enterprise claiming that I had damaged the car and made the tires bald!!!! Luckily when I took my form from the glove box it showed the damage from a previous driver. I WILL NEVER RENT from this enterprise again!!!!!

I RENTED AND SUV AND THE GUY THAT TOOK ME TO PICK UP MY CAR AT A DEALERSHIP STOLE MY IPHONE OUT OF MY SON'S CARSEAT! TO MAKE A VERY LONG STORY SHORT. THE MAN JUMPED OUT OF THE CAR AS I WAS PUTTING MY SON IN MY CAR AND HE STOOD IN FRONT OF HIS CARSEAT THAT WAS IN THE RENTAL SO I WENT BEHIND TO UNBUCKLE THE BACK BUCKLE AND BY THE TIME I GOT TO THE FRONT OF THE SEAT HE WAS STANDING BY THE DRIVERS SEAT BY MY VEHICLE. SO I PROCEEDED TO UNBUCKLE THE REST OF THE BUCKLES AND HURRIED TO GET THAT SEAT OUT AS WELL AS ANOTHER SEAT. NOW MY SON 'S CARSEAT HAD AN IPHONE IN IT BECAUSE HE WAS PLAYING A FEW GAMES ON IT. I WAS DISTRACTED WITH TAKING CARE OF MY KIDS AND GETTING THE CARSEATS OUT BYMYSELF. WHERE DID THE IPHONE GO? IT IS NOT IN MY CAR AND MY SON SAID HE LEFT IN THE OTHER CAR. I CALLED IMMEDIATLEY AFTER GETTING THE KIDS BACK INTO MY CAR AND CARSEATS INSTALLED AND KIDS BUCKED IN. HE SAID HE DID NOT SEE IT IN THE CAR. WELL WHERE IS IT? COME ON ? I CLEANED OUT THE RENTAL BEFORE I WENT TO RETURN IT BECAUSE I DID NOT WANT TO FORGET ANYTHING. I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT I HAD AND HE EVEN ADMITTED TO SEEING MY SON PLAY WITH THE PHONE IN THE CAR. THE PHONE NEVER LEFT THE CAR. SO MY ONLY GUESS IS HE PUT IT IN HIS POCKET AND THEN HE KEPT HIS BACK TOWARD ME THE WHOLE TIME. AS I CAME AROUND THE CAR CARRYING A CARSEAT HE JUMPED IN THE RENTAL AND SAID OK SO YOU HAVE EVERYTHING. I SAID YES I HAVE THE CARSEATS AND IT WAS NOT UNTIL I HAD EVERYBODY IN AND I HAD A CHANCE TO THINK THAT I REALIZED THE PHONE WAS MISSING. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH THIS COMPANY RIGHT NOW. YOU CAN NOT GET IN TOUCH WITH ANYONE. THE REGIONAL OFFICE WAS SUPPOSE TO CALL ME BACK AFTER THE INITAL CONVERSATION AND WE ARE GOING ON 2 MONTHS. I HOWEVER KEEP CALLING AND AM NOT GOING TO LET THIS GO. I JUST WANT TO MAKE IT APPARENT TO EVERYONE THIS COULD HAPPEN TO YOU. EVEN IN YOUR OWN NEIGHBOORHOOD RENTAL CAR COMPANY. PRETTY SAD BUT TRUE. I WAS TOTALLY TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF . A YOUNG WOMAN BY HERSELF WITH 2 KIDS. HE ALSO CLAIMED HE WAS JUST TRYING TO HELP. HELP WITH WHAT YOU NEVER UNBUCKLED ALL OF THE BUCKLES AND I HAD TO CARRY BOTH CARSEATS OUT. IT JUST SO HAPPENS HE WAS QUICK TO JUMP TO THE CARSEAT WITH THE IPHONE. GOOD LUCK DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THEM AND I HAVE TOLD ALL OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS AND FRIENDS AND THE DEALERSHIP AS WELL AS SOME OTHER BUSINESS. =(
