United States Postal Service

The postal service for 48045 is criminal! I have had so many packages ruined by leaving them in the bushes to get snowed over, on 3 occasions they stuffed them in
between my screen and door pushing my storm door open! My tax 1099 was ruined as the carrier shoved in my mailbox with it open mixed in with junk papers and it illegible. If I knew how, I would not allow them to deliver.

My mailman had ran into my garbage can full blast with mail vehicle. Sent it flying across my front law. I complained. Never heard back from post office management like I was told I would. So I let it go. Now I find my tax documents in my ditch. Packages don't seem to get delivered here as stated they did by post office and if I do recieve a package, he puts my mail in front porch with it so it can all blow away! I've had it with this post office!!!!

The Mount Clemens post office claimed to deliver a package to my front door on December 11 when we were having a snow storm. It was a Sunday we were home all day and did not receive the package. I have called 3 times and talked to 3 different people who told me a supervisor would contact me in 2 business days it's been 4 days and I've not received a call. Did I say that I was on hold for 55 minutes, 36 minutes and 25 minutes waiting to speak with a person. And tomorrow it starts all over again, YIKES! What is going on over there?
I went to the post office on December 13th to put a letter in the drive through box and it was so full that I couldn't get my letter in there. It was only 8:45 am!!! Letters were actually falling out and I had to push them back in!

this post office needs to check on its delivery persons to make sure they are delivering the mail... Lincoln street has not had delivery every day lately...our reguleur delivery guy was great, but we seem to have different people coming around, but they miss days...and i have had undelivered packages lately too...

This post office needs some guidance, since I've been living in the Harrison Township area, there has been several mistakes made by this post office. Whatever happened to good, caring customer service. My mail is returned to the sender, when the address is correct. We need to get back to the basic and the basic is doing your job with enthusiasm and the ability to do what is expected of you to do. GOD HELP THIS UNCARING SYSYEM!!!!
