Took my 69 Firebird there for paint, it's a rare blue color, they were able to match the color perfectly and fix all the scratches & dents, my 45 year old classic looks new again. The owner was out in the shop working on cars, you just don't see that at other shops, car was finished in a timely manner, they also cleaned and polished the whole thing before I picked it up, not all paint shops will do that either, I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my cars there, all in all a good experience.

I brought my 1995 F150 for some basic paint and body repair after a few weeks I received my truck back with a great paint job and every detail attended to. He brought my truck back to looking new again and I couldn't be happier with the end result. Charlie went above and beyond my expectations. High recommendations to Big C's Collision.

Great guy, Charlie. He runs a tight ship and does good work. The price did not change on me, unlike man other refinishing shops.

I had work completed here recently.

It was very late and they changed the pricing drastically. And not very friendly at all when I expected them to honor the original price.

I would not recommend them.

I've had nothing but great service here, they are very friendly and I always recommend them to people, I sold a few cars and always take them there before I sell them, they come out looking like they just came off the showroom floor

I drive by this place everyday, and I noticed that they detailed cars. I 'am getting ready to sell mine and want it detailed so I thought I would give them a call. I talked to a woman and asked if I could make an appointment for a Saturday since I need my car during the week. She scheduled me for a Saturday at 8:30 am 2 weeks following the day I called. She said she was bringing in help specifically on a Saturday to do this and if I could not make it to please call . I said I understand, I will absolutely call if I cannot make it. So yesterday 8/17 on our day off we get up early and drove from St. Clair to Mt Clemens to drop off my car and we are greeted by a gentlemen, who says can I help you (first bad sign) I said I have an appointment this morning to get my car detailed, I made it 2 weeks ago with the woman in your office. He said no one told him and that there power washer was broke!! Its been broke for 2 days. So here iam thinking, first why wasn't I called ?? And second why not take it to a dam car wash and power wash it bring it back and finish the rest there?? I was offered nothing!! He said he would talk to the woman in the office. What a poor excuse for bad customer service!! It was obvious that people we're working that day, he just was not going to do anything to honor my appointment. I will take my money elsewhere!!!
