        As professional firefighters and paramedics, we saw a need to help seniors live safely at home. We founded a non-medical home care company in 2009 that grew to become one of the largest private duty home care agencies in Michigan – serving over 600 clients since its inception. This invaluable experience was the foundation that led us to invest in a home health agency, 1st Call Home Healthcare. Our mission is to apply the same business philosophy to medical based home care: exceptional customer service and professional, caring staff.

        An absolutely wonderful team. I have had the experience of knowing the owners for many years. They have done an exemplary job in choosing their staff carefully. Everyone shares the same understanding, compassion and genuine concern for their clients as the owners. I would highly recommend 1st Call Home Healthcare.
