Would never take a vehicle to this dealership again to have it serviced. I took my car in to have the oil changed and when I went to pick it up was told I had a fog light out, the lady in the service department quoted me $154 to fix a fog light. I told her I would do it myself and when I got home to change the fog light someone had cut the wire at the base of the lamp holder. Was told by this woman and the service department manager that an animal must’ve chewed the wire or something cut it, when I got to the dealership that morning and dropped it off all the lights were working. The only place I ever take my vehicle now is to town Ford over in Wenatchee or Corwin ford over in Pasco to have any service work done on it, those two dealerships are amazing and all the service reps are very friendly and professional.
Predatory. Financial exploitation. SO basically, my 79 year old dad is screwed out of some serious money!!! SHAME ON YOU CLARY. I may have to take this up with some state agencies & lawyers
I have had a terrible time purchasing a vehicle from other car lots in town. this past sat I finally went to C&V and bought a new suburban .My wife has been bugging me for months that we need more room . So I took the step and got it .. Kyle was a great guy, he helped me threw the whole process from sales to do the paper work. C&V has a very laid back atmosphere. There is no hidden fees you get what you pay for . I would recommend Kyle and c&v auto team . They also sponsored my daughters soft ball team Saturday.
The worst service ever! I was quoted 300% less than it really cost, exact same work too. Quoted $65.85 but they wanted $600+. How do you quote that far off!? If they cannot quote properly how do I know the proper or correct work is getting done? I wrote a review (they asked for by email) on their site but magically it is not, nor was it ever posted. THE WORST DEALERSHIP ever. Looking for another truck & that'd be the last place in hell I'd go to if that's how service is ran.
Will never buy another used vehicle from these jokers again. The Bud Clary dealer in Longview Washington took very good care of me when I bought my car from them. But the Moses Lake dealer sold me an SUV that I discovered some issues with a few weeks after bringing it home and now they are trying to play games with me when I think that they need to fix the issues.
Horrible!!! I would give this place less than 1 star if possible! Inferior work done was done on my truck at the dealership Bud Clary of Moses Lake... They completely misdiagnosed and charged me $1258.... that DIDN'T fix the problem! I luckily, was able to limp to Windy Chevy of Ellensburg where Matt Ellinger correctly diagnosed and fixed the problem! These people are AWESOME and Eric Atkins followed up with a phone call asking if I made it home safe and was happy with my service. I can't get the Service Manager Greg Michels from Moses Lake to return my calls! REALLY?!?Whatever you do DONT have a car/truck problem in Moses Lake! Mary
I purchased a uses vehicle from the sales manager (Bert) at Bud Clary. They were completely aware of major mechanical issues but sold it as a sound car. We asked for help in repairing it and the only thing they did was turn to GM. It cost me just under $2000 for repairs, not to mention tow bills, hotel costs after being stuck out of town (with 3 kids!), and all other expenses that go along. Not only did it take a month and a half to fix, I was treated as if they were doing me a favor. They used all of my gas and didn't replace it, and gave it back to me disgustingly dirty. This place is exactly what every car buyer/customer is afraid of.
The tech Christian is totally unprofessional, took forever to fix my car, and I could hear him screaming and cursing at another tech out in the shop! Take your car someplace else to get it fixed, you'll get better service.
Staff is always helpful. They make good recommendations and can put things on order they do not carry what you're looking for.
