i had him come out to fix a dryer problem that the other company in town couldn't fix he did it in 10 minutes and works great will call him again. was polite and curtious

I wanted to have a gas range installed and the lady who answered the phone referred me to a plumber because she said 'a plumber has to do it'. I was confused as to why an APPLIANCE REPAIR SHOP couldn't install an APPLIANCE that they supposedly repair so I pointed outout that the other major APPLIANCE shop in town installed gas ranges and they aren't plumbers. She quickly snapped that they just always refer gas installations to a plumber. She was completely rude to me and clearly didn't know what or why. I am sure I will never call them again for anything. How can they not install appliances? One star is generous.

Chris is the best! He is always on time and goes the extra mile to provide great service! We have used him for over 10 years and had him for many appliance service calls. Without fail, he is great at what he does.

In all fairness they are efficient in repairing and installing appliances. Unfortunately their customer service is lacking. Actually I wasn't even a customer when one of the servicemen drove his truck onto my newly seeded lawn and completely tore it up. Then realizing he was at the wrong address informed me that it wasn't that bad and dug the ruts deeper as he drove away without an apology or attempting (even an offer to help) to fill in the damage. Even though I wasn't their customer he should have fixed his mistake; seeing as how he wasn't even at the right address. I suppose they could add lawn removal to their list of services. Thank you Chris' Appliance for giving me more yardwork and more grass seed to go buy. :)
