Call them. This place is great! I used them three times in the last two years and each time, they were on time, professional and by far the lowest cost. They charge $20 to come out which is unheard of for a service call. The technicians are clean, respectful and well stocked in parts. Bobs is my repair service, and I would recommend to anyone
