        My experience with the O'Brien insurance agency has been extremely satisfactory. I would highly recommend this Farmers Agent as Michael is looking out for our best insurance interests and is expedient with service. We had roof damage as the result from an ice storm . Michael was at our front door within a few hours of contacting him. He is consistent in reviewing our coverage as a well as best rates to fit our needs.

        If you don't have Trevor Thacker with Farmers Insurance as your agent you are missing out on great service!!! One text, one answer and now I know how to work on the roof issue. Every time I have a question he's there immediately (or quickly returns call) for me to know what to do. We not only saved money by switching to Farmers, but we increased our coverage on the home and cars! Fantastic service!!!
