Incompetent, unorganized, and lazy. Called this company to ask about a camper shell. They had what I needed in stock. It felt like a horrible inconvenience for the guy I was talking to on the phone to ask him questions. A few days later I decided to drive an hour to look at the shell and purchase. I called again to confirm it would fit my truck, specifically asking questions. Well after they were trying to help another customer find a part, which in their words were like trying to "find a needle in a haystack." They got around to showing me the shell. He started wiring the truck and I asked what year the shell was made. When he said 2003 I knew we were in trouble as I had specifically asked him twice if it was made for and would fit a 2006 tacoma. His response was "what year did they make them bigger? After trying to put it on anyway they offered me a lessor product for more money that I would have to spend more money on anyway.

I was out half a day at work and gas money due to laziness of the guy to get up and check his inventory. Wouldn't do business with this company if they were giving it away.

Very excited to say that these guys know whats going on when it comes to truck accessories and etc. I couldnt decide on which camper top to buy, so I asked question after question and they had all the answers right there no delay in the answers or looking in a catalog or making a phone call to find out they answered everything professionaly. What group of wonderful guys. So ended up with a fiberglass flat cover for my 2008 Ford and might I say what a great choice that was, thanks to these guys at Custom Camper explaining the difference in all the tops and warrenty that comes with each one. I promise you wouldnt go wrong with this top or with these guys. I will continue to purchase all my vehicle accessories from this business no questions asked and hands down.
