I have tried for 3 days to find out info on them rebuilding my transmission I left a message with a person and left a voice mail then chatted on ford.com and after 3 days I still haven’t been contacted by anyone there! For a big name company to treat someone this way is rediculous! I figured if I went to ford I would have to pay more but I wouldn’t have to worry about anything but I was wrong! That is like a $2000.00 to $3000.00 job and they won’t even call back! Horrible horrible service! I’ve had a transmission rebuilt by Aamco about 10 years ago never had any problems so that’s where I’m going again!! Never go to Allen vigil Ford unless u don’t care about how u r treated!
I was there to fix my back bumper , i was told it was going to be ready in 3 days , i got a call the next day that the vehicle was ready in 2 days , beating my expectations and the job was done well. I will surely recommend their business

I was very disapppointed with the service I received today. There had been previous times that was not so pleasing but I returned several times after giving them another chance. After today's visit there are no more chances. I went for an oil change and a tire with low pressure. They told me that I needed two new tires. I assumed it was one of the tires I had experienced challenges with but it was not. When I inquired about the tire that showed low pressure they told me their was no problem with that tire. I explained that I brought it in because the tire pressure light was illuminated and also when I was in the shop the previous visit I was told that there was a slow leak and they could not repair it. I didn't buy a tire that visit but when I returned today I was prepared to purchase only to be told I didn't need it. When I explained to the service advisor Ashton Jankee he said I will have them check again. He still returned saying no problem with the tire. I then asked, why is the pressure light continuing to come on? I asked to speak to the manager(Tim Henderson). He came with a very impatient posture . As I began to explain the kind of service I received he showed no compassion for my situation. As I whispered to him, I had to remind him that his voice was elevated. The end result is I reminded him that although they are the experts I am capable of recognizing illuminated lights and pictures and the light and pictures indicated there was a problem with the tire. I left there with the situation unresolved. I immediately went to Discount Tires and I asked the service man to join me at my car to check my tire and he did. The very first thing he detected was a nail in the center of my tire of which they repaired and needless to say I purchased my tires from Discount Tires. The service at Landmark Dodge is horrible and I make this comment after several visit. No more visits for me!
Sold us a stolen car then when the police impounded the car they wanted us to pay to get it out. We didn't know the car was reported stolen until we went to the tag office. The car was reported stolen April 26 and they sold it to us on June 3rd which means the car was still stolen at the time. They been taking our money all this time and now we have no car and they took our money don't go here if you do you're just giving them free money . ..Sang, Anthony, Kevin and Tim are a bunch of scammers
I really want to give this company a (-5). The service department manager (Tim Henderson) is the worst!!!!!!! I bought a brand new car there last year. My check engine light has come on 4x in 6 months. The last 2x after the repairs were made, I still had to bring the car back to that shop because they did not secure parts on the car which has caused more damage to other parts on the car. I was threaten, told a racist comment, and told "I was NOT welcomed back." This business is very unprofessional and they hire incompetent workers.
The Service department is unprofessional and it seems that they hire incompetent workers. I bought a brand new car from there. It has been less than a year and when the check engine light came on, I made an appointment but it took them 3 days b4 they even looked at the car. Once a diagnosis was given, they so called repaired it in 1 day. A week later my car was back at the shop because they did not properly secure my under pan. I asked them about a rental car (which is covered under the warranty); the manager Tim told me NO, and that they would use Zip Ties (like the police uses) was his example. as this was said with a smirk on this face.The management is horrible, it seems that they don't care about making their customers happy after the purchase of their product. They are more concerned with their profits and bonuses. In my opinion this company deserves a rating of one *, only because of the hardworking service advisors(Reggie) and sales associates(Victor) that work there.
AVOID THE PLACE AT ALL COST!My experience at this dealership was extremely horrible. The service shop damaged my window while getting an oil change and the service manager BEVAN DOYLE was so rude and nasty that it really disheartened me. As I was telling Bevan Doyle about the damaged he abruptly got up from his chair, walked out of his office in the middle of my sentence, returned to his seat and wrote down a number and directed me to call someone else named Jeff Socha at 678-251-2343. He stated that 'his technicians did not damage my vehicle and that he did not care about my damage and I needed to pay for the damage to be repaired' in a very loud tone.On top of that, I have purchased three different oil change packages also at this dealership. Unfortunately, They have gone up on their prices on that as well. This dealership used to care about their customers, however, it seems as if that has changed severely.This dealership used to be great, The customer service was alwaysamazing for the 3 years i have gone here, however, my thoughts have changed. I will surely be moving to Union City for the remainder of mycar care needs.
Bad really Bad, went for an oil change and new windshield wipers They obviously did not change wipers since it rained today and wiper is leaving same trail it did before, disgraceful service, Service advisor tried to force me into 20k service at 14k miles when that failed brought me cabin filter and said it needed replacing did not tell me it cost 40 bucks Not even sure this was my cabin filter since I don't trust them. Person who called me later said she would give me 2 oil changes to apologize. Not on your life. I can afford oil changes, Pretty sure if I went back for "free oil change" I would need new engine. This place sucks. I will never use you again and will tell everyone I meet to stay away. Funny you never sent me the email to evaluate you....why is that. Yeah I am complaining to Honda why an oil change was $129 with them not even changing wipers like I asked. I am glad you feel good about screwing over a female Veteran.
Worst car buying experience ever (and I've had many to compare)!!!!! This dealership doesn't even deserve 1 star. My time with the salesman was no problem but when we started talking about numbers, the deal went bad because of errors made by the manager, Derrick and terms that seemed to change by the minute. Situation was very complicated and the service and level of respect were both absent when dealing with the managers. There was an issue that we weren't made aware of until we called 3 weeks later to check on our trade-in payoff. We had even begun to customize our new vehicle. Our experience was so bad and unprofessional that we returned the vehicle and walked away 3 weeks after signing! When I tried to express my concerns with the higher manager, Tim, the service remained the same. He was short and defended all of his lower manager's lies. Just rude. And one more thing...they lost one of my keys to my trade-in (a value of $600). Warning!!!!!! Do Not Do Business With This Dealership!!! You will regret it.
