They are a terrible dealer! My husband traded in a 1999 Ford F-250 on a 2008 Ford F-350 on November 10th. On November 17th, he found that underneath the bed of the truck was completely rusted. He called them and they said to bring it in and they would "make it right". They said they would buy back the 2008 F-350 and then sell him a brand new 2015 F-350 at cost. What they really meant was "at cost" plus $10,000 carried over from the rusted out 2008 F-350 that they sold him the week before. And they also wouldn't give him any trade-in value for his original truck (1999 F-250) that he traded in. They said they couldn't because that was from the "other deal". But they sure could carry over $10,000 in "negative equity" for the piece of junk they originally sold us from the "other deal." The salesman. Tom O. misrepresented the truth and the sales manager, Sam was absolutely no help whatsoever. They are only concerned with making money. My husband walked in there on 11/10/15 with no vehicle debt and a week later has $10,000 in negative equity on a vehicle. They do not care about the customer.
bought a 15000.00 used vehicle and 2 1/2 weeks later the transmition went out. would not advise anyone to purchase here
Don't go to this Dealership. The first time i took my car to have its first oil change they messed my air bag system up and told me that i had wreck my car than let me leave and drive my car of the lot with the risk of wrecking and damaging not only my self and who ever was in the car with me but my car as well. After some fighting they got the part and finally replaced it. This was at 5000 miles. At 10,000 miles i went for my sec oil change and they ended up bending my rim on my car and didn't even say anything to me about it they just put it right back on my car. I took it back a week later and they told me that i had wrecked my car again. I have never wrecked my car if i had i would not be taking it to the dealership i would be going to my insurance company. I asked the service manager what we could do about it and he told me that it would cost me 406.00 before labor for one rim. I asked about my warranty and apparently it only covers from the tires up. I than called and wanted to speck to a manager and they just told me the same thing and would not try to help me at all. So i decided to take matters into my own hands and call the main corp on them. I think that it is very sorry for them to treat there customer this way knowing that they have broken or messed up the car/truck and than blame the customer. Even after the fact that my father has bought 3 cars from them in the last year. I am NOT sorry to say that we will no longer do business with this dealership due to there lack of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone and i will cont. to post reviews til this is all taken care of and my car is fixed.
I bought a 2012 Silverado right before Christmas from "Andy", the man in charge of internet sales. After explaining to him that I was a retired GM mechanic he treated me like I worked for Morristown Chevprlet. It was a pleasure doing business with Andy! After telling him the HORRIBLE way we were treated at Mountain View Chevorlet in our home town of Chattanooga, my wife & I were told by Andy, "It's not my job to sell you a car, it's my job to get you in the car you want"! Without a doubt, we would travel back to Morristown to check with Andy BEFORE I bought another new car.
I just purchased my third vehicle from Royston and once again received a fair deal and outstanding service. Additionally, I use their service department whenever anyone in my family needs their car serviced...from the standard oil change to more complicated fixes. The guys are always helpful, they make sure I'm comfortable if I have to wait and I don't feel they are trying to rip me off because I'm a woman. I highly recommend Royston.
