Wal-Mart SuperCenter

Walmart Supercenter, Davy Crocket, is poorly managed, poorly staffed and it is filthy. It is hard to believe it is less than ten years old. It is a disgrace to Morristown. The staff are rude. You can never find service and if you do, they can't seem to help. Very poorly managed store.

Yes, the vision center in Wal-mart has great deals on frames. They have frames for as low as $9.00. But besides that, this is not a good business.

After buying some frames there, I went back there to have the arms adjusted but I wound up getting mad and leaving. There was only one employee working there and one woman was ahead of me. Even though I was in a hurry, I tried to wait patiently but enough is enough!

That woman customer had broken one of the arms off of her glasses. I waited while she picked out a new set of frames. I waited while the employee put her lenses in the new frames. But what happened next was too much. The customer had the employee to show her more frames. That damn lady already picked out a pair of frames. She had no need to look at other frames. If more than one employee had been working there, it wouldn't have been bad but this was a bunch of crap.

Is it just me or was it a stupid idea to only have one employee working there that day? That's a damn good way to run a business if they want to go out of business. If you want better service, go some place else.
