We have been using them to care for all of our animals for several year's. We didn't care for Dr Reels bedside manner but he has his own practice now. Every vet there including the owner Dr. Chambers are excellent and saved some of our dogs lives with serious illness. They go above and beyond with knowledge and most importantly, caring attention. Our favorite vet is Dr. Juliet

Dr Reel had been treating my cat for an illness and he lacked compassion when I phoned him to discuss bringing my cat in immediately to euthanize b/c she was in respiratory distress. she had been rapidly declining for a month despite several vet visits. I experienced the same thing with two of my other cats with diagnosis confirmed thru xrays immediately but the illness was fatal so I was certain she had the same thing. I insisted on xrays at every visit but he was adamant that it was URI and unnecessary. when I called the receptionist informed me that he would call me but he didn't even care enough to call, he relayed the message that he could do lab work or xrays.. I was livid b/c it was too late after i had been asking for that all along and now she is dying! I took her to another vet and fluid on lungs was confirmed just as I had suspected; she had to be euthanized.......wouldn't recommend Reel for any animal that's may be seriously sick for sure!!

This vet was able to figure what was wrong with my dog after 2 other vets just shrugged there shoulders.
