Dunkin'

Went to Dunkin Donuts and asked for one dozen glazed donuts. They said they didn't have enough for a dozen. I asked for 6. They didn't have 6. I then said can I just get an assortment of any 12 that you have. They selected 12 and I went to my meeting. Upon opening the box I realized that the donuts were so stale I could not even serve them. Glad there is a new game in town. King donuts from now on even if I have to drive a bit farther

I wouldn't even give 1 star if I could. The serve is SO SLOW! You will wait in the drive thru line for at least 20 minutes for a coffee. And once you finally get to place your order, they are almost always out of the donuts or coffee flavor you want. It sucks! If there was a Starbucks on our side of town I'd be going to it instead. I end up just leaving after waiting. They lose so much business. You can count at least 2 customers that leave from the line inside and out with nothing or had to leave bc they'd be late to work. 3 people to run that store is not enough and they obviously lack in the items they need to purchase for the week. And when they did have the powdered sugar munchkins in they were stale. Explain that!? They better start stepping up their game. Just cause you make money doesn't mean you have a good reputation. I guess the money is all they care about and not their customers. O and you can forget about them answering the phone!

this is the third time I walked into this donut shop and asked for a 25 count assorted munchkins, cinnamon and glazed. I'm told they're out of cinnamon. I asked the clerk if they were going to bake any more, and he said "no the truck won't 've in til the morning". I won't have anymore until the next day. I find it hard to believe they're running out of donuts at 10 a.m. in the morning. This has happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
