We're from out of town and we decided to check out this shop. Upon entering, the lady running the store (I don't know her name) was kind and courteous. But by the end of our ten minute visit, my 7 year old daughter had picked up a porcelain doll to show me, and this same lady approached her and very rudely said, "Can you please not touch everything you see?". For starters, my daughter didn't touch everything in that store. That's just ridiculous. Secondly, if there are certain items you don't want handled, put up a sign. Simple as that. My daughter was careful, and this woman berated her. We will NEVER go back. And as my husband told her when we left: "This may be the reason there aren't any customers and everything in the store has to be marked to 40% off."
