Horrible! I should have read the reviews before I ordered! After you don't receive your unit and try to call he hangs up on you and doesn't answer when you try to call back. If you threaten to talk to the attorney general's office in Arkansas he might answer, but you still don't get anywhere. I've had a tracking number for a week that still says it's only a shipping label. Don't buy anything from this company! If you already did call the attorney's general office in Arkansas and file a complaint. You can do it online too. It's important to do this so you can try to get your money back and get this company out of business! They are scam artists!
Hit my bank account Twice for $870.00--2nd time w/o my authorization so $1740.00 for a 630.00unit said he refunded PayPal, then mailed me a check--rite--its in the mail minus oostars--Please do not give this clown another dollar--filing charges for hitting my bank account on Mon.
I can same the same things about this company. I talked to Jerry personnally before I ordered the unit. I tols him the time frame I nedded the unit because we were going on a trip and needed the unit within 2 weeks. 3 weeks go by and I start trying to call Nucold for a tracking number and again talked to Jerry who stated theunit shipped but he counldn,t give me tracking info. I called back 4 more times on 4 different days and got the run around time after time when you could get them to answer the phone. Oh and forget about them returning your call. On the 4th day of calling I spoke with Jerry's wife who again told me to call back because Jerry was busy so I started to explain how I have been getting therun around for 4 days and she said hold on. Jerry gets on the phone and starts yelling aat me to not to talk to his wife that way. I told him was just let me know the tracking number or if you have shipped the unit and all he cared about was me talking to his wife. The dude has issues and a terrible business. He then said he would refund my money and I havn't seen anything back. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!! If I could 0 stars I would.
I am owner of Byrons rv repair. Jerry has a horrible mouthing towards women, accusing me of wanting to have s€x with his brother James, and this was all over warranty my company performed on one of his cooling units. If you are buying a cooling unit go to dometic or norcold i can personally guarante you will have a Full warranty labor and parts when bought from them.
This is more of a scam than a business. We have been sent two defective units and are still waiting for a third which they are withholding, I believe, because after 9 weeks of waiting we filed a complaint with the BBB and the Arkansas Attorney Generals office.
They have more than 60 complaints to the BBB since 2006 and have a BBB rating of "F" for poor service. They have had many complaints to the AG office. The last one took more than 3 months to resolve, according to our rep at the AG office.
They have out and out lied to us about losing the coil and tracing it through FEDEX. We verified they had not traced the "lost" package through the office that ships their products.
I would avoid this place like the plague. There are many other reputable dealers out there with better service and much better warranty coverage.
I am the owner of Byron's RV Repair llc, this PLACE is horrible stay away from Nucold and also RV Ice Box they are the same. The owner Jerry Collins cursed me out things no man should say to a female.. Remember you buy cheap you get a cheap product. Pay the extra money and buy from a reputable company.
