I was very impressed with the service and staff here.They are very helpful and explain what needs done to repair my chainsaws and mowers .They get the equipment in and out quickly and the repair bill is very reasonable. If you have questions they will answer them and if they don't know the awswer they will call and find it.Very helpful people

When I took my chainsaw in I asked to speak to a tech about it before leaving it. I was told either leave it or take it. They really did not care. I then asked to be called after the tech looked at it before servicing it. A couples weeks later I got a call that it was fixed and the bill was around $55. And so again my request has been ignored. When I went in to pick it up I learned that the tech had changed the spark plug and fuel filter, and air filter. If someone had bothered to contact me I could have told them I had just changed the spark plug and fuel filter a couple months earlier, and cleaned the air filter. And the kicker is that its as sluggish now as before. Do not use these people! They do not care to listen!
