really great food really great service five stars I would suggest this place to anyone that enjoys this cuisine
this a terrible place to try and contact for orders the number is inoperable and it doesn't give any option to order online.
Ordered many times from this place. Food is great. Love them
I've never had a bad meal! Service is quick. People are friendly, and they aim to accommodate you. Kim
My husband and I normally order from Szechuan Taste on Belair road. However, it was a Sunday night and they had just closed so we decided to try Neighbor's Kitchen. NEVER AGAIN!! We ordered... crab and cheese wontons, egg rolls, and shrimp lo mein. The crab wontons tasted like onion and had next to no filling in them. The egg rolls were sent as shrimp rolls instead. And the shrimp lo mein was overcooked and mushy with no flavor. I called back to ask that they send me a new order of shrimp lo mein. The staff argued with me saying that they were closed. I asked to speak to a manager who did agree to send me a new order. While waiting for it to arrive, I ate some shrimp because I was hungry and it was the only thing that was edible. My new order arrived, and we had to go outside to the street to get it from the delivery driver's car. We also gave him the old order. The new order was ok, but I received a phone call 10 minutes later from the store. The manager yelled and screamed at me because I had eaten some (not even all) of the shrimp from the first order. I will NEVER order from there again. The food and service were both HORRIBLE!!!!
I ordered some shrimp Yak and it was delicious :))
I was told about this place a lot, I been coming back more often
Don't walk past this place...RUN. Run very fast and as far as you can away. I did succeed in getting a refund but not without a fight. The facility is dirty and falling apart. The food was horrible; shrimp and rice tasted days old and the rice was overcooked, couldn't taste seasoning (and I like my food mild) and shrimp had no flavor but stank. Ribs were hard (couldn't bite into them or get the meat off the bone). When I took the $20 meal back, the host said "we haven't changed the recipe". I told him maybe they should. I had to fuss with him and the cook before they gave the refund, which the hostess shoved in my hand as he spoke his native language among the staff.Run very fast from this place, even in passing.
China Harbor has the best Chinese food in Baltimore by far. The decor and atmosphere is also very pleasant and you can dine-in, take out, and they even deliver! I've moved around a lot and have had my fair share of good Chinese food but China Harbor def beats out the competition. Would highly recommend!
