Henry and Tracy do a great job! I love getting a pedicure there and my gel nails are ways beautiful! They are really the best.
I had the worst sns that I've ever had done anywhere. She couldnt even do white tops with the powder. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!
I have been going to the Salon for quite some time. I am very happy with the service and everyone is so friendly. They make me very proud of my nails because everyone there cares about their work!
I have had acrylic nails on for over six months and get them done faithfully every two weeks. I was home for winter break and thought I would try friendly nails. I needed a fill. The woman that did them left a cut in every single finger. Today my fingers are so sore I can not wash them without them hurting. I have gone to many different nail places, and this was the absolute worst business I have ever seen. She made my nails shorter than I liked which was fine. But it was not okay that she made my fingers have cuts all over them. I went in and asked for my money back considering that's the least they could do. The lady that did it tried to make it seem like it was my fault and the man was yelling no refunds. I am not the person to complain, but this is the worst place you could ever go. Do not waste your time or money here. And if you care about your nails you probably don't want cuts on them. If you care about your hands, I would recommend never ever going there.
They seem unsanitary. They never cleaned my hands or fingers even 1 time. Didn't wipe them any after filing them several times. They ask me to wash my hands once, for artificial nails. They also want you to pay and tip 'in cash',if possible.
The first time I went hers it was a pleasant experience. I went a few more times and was very disappointed. Last night I went for acrylic full set. On the pamphlet the price was $28, on the sign inside said $33. Then after finishing my nails I was charged $40. They argued that they did a gel set. All they did was acrylic with a GEL top coat and charging people for something they didn't get. They are scamming people. Making you pay more for something you never received. It is absolutely terrible. Please use caution here. If I were you I would choose a different nail salon. Don't even waste your time and money there.
After a week i got my acrylics filled they are lifting from the nail bed!
Had them polish my toenails had to get them redone next day.
John knows what he is doing... the rest don't care and my beautiful own nails paid for it.. no wait a minute I paid for it!!!!!!!
I got lots of good recommendations to go here but I was dissatisfied. I called ahead to see if they were busy and the man who answered the phone was very happy and said "Come right away, we are not busy and would love to take care of you!" When I got there, they had EIGHT ladies going but I didn't have to wait at all, which I really liked. My nail tech was "Christine" and I felt like she was too rough and was rushing me along. She rushed me to pick my color out, nearly beat my feet to a pulp and every time I started to relax she would heckle me to upsell her services. Her english wasn't very good either, so I kept feeling hesitant to say yes to anything, not knowing if I was committing to having another service! I came for a pedicure, she talked me into adding a manicure. The whole time she was doing my nails, she heckled me to have my eye brows done. In addition to that, I keep my nails rounded in shape and her idea of "shaping" was just filing the tops off straight. Last but not least, she clipped one of my cuticles too far and when it was bleeding and bleeding, she said, "Oh sorry, you just have really delicate hands." No, lady, you cut my stinkin' finger! I think I would have been pleased 100% if I'd had a different tech. She even said she was new to the business there so I'm not sure if she's gotten into the swing of things. It is a nice clean, relaxing place that didn't have a terrible chemical smell and didn't have a loud blaring TV!
