WORST EYE DOCTOR EVER. Took my boyfriend to have an eye exam. Paid $120 for a contact fitting as well. We had to go back THREE TIMES. First she said he needed a prescription. Then she said he needed reading glasses. And then she said he needed prescription glasses again. When we went back the third time she pretty much yanked the contacts out of his eyes scratching the left one. She has absolutely no manners when it comes to dealing with people and every time we went she rushed through everything. Waiting to be refunded so we can go to a different eye doctor.

Best care I've had in years very thorough and professional. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Eyewear selection was huge and the lady who helped me did a great job explaining everything. Go here for all your eye care needs.
This was the worst experience I've ever had in 35 years of wearing glasses. They charged me over $500 for a mediocre pair of glasses and a routine eye exam. They broke my glasses and couldn't fix them. I had to go back several times to order new frames because they couldn't get the same ones that they broke.This required multiple return visits and I wasn't offered any kind of discount. I recently returned for an unrelated problem with my glasses and they had the nerve to charge me $25.00 dollars for being late to my appointment which was an honest mistake on my part. Go ANYWHERE else but here. One final word to the owner of this business. We live in the information age. Your shady business practices will catch up with you via bad reviews such as mine. The number of bad reviews and overall poor rating that you have bears witness to this fact.Addendum: I posted this same review on Google to which the owner replied. He said "I understand you broke a part on your original frame but it could not be replaced as the frame manufacturer had discontinued that style. Frame companies frequently do that without any notice to us. Fortunately, we were able to select a brand new style and had new lenses made for you at no charge." It was his technician that broke the nose piece off of my brand new glasses not me. He thinks that I should be grateful that I wasn't charged to make new lenses due to an error that was entirely his technicians fault?! He also failed to mention anything about swindling me out of $25.00 especially in light of the fact that I had to return their multiple times due to his technician's screw up and never offered any discount whatsoever.This is the most dishonest place I've ever done business with hands down. I hope that anyone reading this review takes my post very seriously and considers going somewhere else. This place needs to be driven out of business.

The white-haired receptionist had a nasty attitude and was quite unpleasant. I will not go back to this office.
Best place to have an eye exam and contact lens fitting. Eyewear selection is huge and the staff are all so great and helpful. My family have been patients for years wonderful place.

We are very unhappy with this place. My daughter went to have her eyes checked, she asked beforehand if her insurance will cover the cost of eye exam, the front desk named Michelle said our vision and medical insurance will cover it because her complaint is a medical condition, my daughter thought it'll be free so she got the exam. Then they billed us the full amount of over $110 because they billed to the medical insurance instead of vision and medical won't pay anything. The OD Gresak wasn't friendly either. I feel this place just don't give a dam about patient, so greedy of making money and don't care ripping off patient
This place said my frames would take one week to arrive. After several calls to them and being told they attempted to call me twice (my cell phone never shows I missed a call from them) I still hadn't received my $300 frames. I was moving out of town and could not wait any longer, I had to have glasses to drive. I asked for a refund and got put off as if my request wasn't important. I had to convince them that I couldn't wait any longer, they really made me explain myself and put me on the defensive rather than treating me like a customer. I went to them in the first place because I had lost my only pair of glasses and need them to drive. When I told them this during the office visit and exam, everybody there expressed their concern for me loosing my glasses and needing to get a new pair right away. As it turns out, as soon as they got paid (at the time of the exam, no less) their ability to care about my safety ended. 3 weeks later, no glasses, money refunded and highly disappointed. NO STARS.
