Would give less than one star if I could. Old owners were fantastic and very professional. New management is very temperamental and unprofessional. There are far too many options for childcare in the local area rather than having to worry if your child is being treated properly while under their care at Mini Mountaineer.

My kids love this place!! Parties are a blast for the kids!! Parents have a good time to ;) Staff is GREAT!
New director and assistant director are terrible!!!!Shorts on son in Winter.Play father against mother.Lie to mother.Poor documentation and then expect you to pay twice!
Cute store. Was much bigger than I expected when I got inside. Friendly staff and great clothes for kids. I got a girls' Calvin Klein outfit for a freakishly good price. WITH tags! I didn't shop for myself but I did see that they have a women's area and it looked nice. The inside was very organised and clean. Didn't look like a thrift store, more like a boutique. Will continue to shop there in the future.
Mini Mountaineer Early Learning Center has a new Director!! Please feel free to call and set up an appointment time to meet our staff!! Thank you! :) :)
The daycare is brand new so cleanliness is top notch. Children over age of 1 can no longer have bottles and young toddlers can not have sippy cups. (According to director.)Almost all of the workers there are beyond friendly, the director tends to talk to customers in with a rude tone. Not sure whether or not it's intentional, but I'm sure she wouldn't be working there if she were like that with everyone. I have only met one other parent that feels the same way and happened to come to me for advice. The outside play area is on a "foam" material black top, with hot weather it can definitely get scorching. The children are expected to drink from a water fountain despite their age, so don't count on hydration past the minimum requirement. The owner seems very friendly although I've only met her once, and they have done a good job at hiring workers.I'd suggest this place with three stars only because of the condescending tones from the director.
