I was to be picked up at 11 am wasn't picked up until 12 pm. Low tire pressure light was on when I got the car, drove to Va Beach that way. Employee seen this when he wrote the mileage down. Next evening I went out to the car and back passenger tire was flat. Called Enterprise and was told to take to Enterprise in VA Beach and they would switch it out, after AAA came and changed flat and put spare one. Went to Enterprise the next morning and was told I couldn't switch out cars until the AAA bill was pd and that would have to be done in Morgantown, WV where I got the car. She then proceeded to tell me that I could take the car to Firestone and have them fixed the tire, which I did. Turns out there was a nail in the tire. I thank god that we didn't have an accident. The fee for AAA was waived and took 10% off my bill.
I have rented car about 10 times from this office of Enterprise (75 Don Knotts Blvd. Morgantown WV) and they were always polite and helpful in spite of my weak English. Rarely, even if they had no car in the proper category in accordance with my reservation they were flexible and gave me bigger or smaller one, and suggested to come back a couple of days later to change it. Christopher is a very nice person and the all staff too, for example, they remembered my name. It is my favorite rental car office in US. I recommend it. (Peter)
Excellant service..I am visiting from Florida and have really been satisfied with the staff at the don knots location..even though there is another enterprise closer to me I am so thankful for the Excellant service at this location..Kristi, Jessica, Jen in the office have been great to work with..also Charlie and Justin who have transported me back and forth are wonderful..I would highly recommend this facility!!!!
The customer service at the Hertz/Hart Field Rd, Morgantown, WV is horrible! We have had several problems with reservations placed with them. The first time, the company would not honor the price that was originally quoted. Another time... and the LAST, they tried to charge us for a car rental that we did not even rent from them! How can the corporate office allow this particular Hertz to continue to provide such poor customer service and stay in business?!?? I will not be doing any more business with them...nor will I recommend them to any of my friends! This Hertz should really should be rated a "NEGATIVE 5 star!! MB
I stopped in after my car broke down and could not be ready in time. Daniel Oakley said he would call if he could get me a car. that evening he called at 5:00 pm and said he had me a car, they were open till 6:00 pm but call and he would stay late for me. Great Company ,Great People!!!
Awful experience. Was told incorrect information and was incorrectly charged for expenses I didn't ask for
not knowledeable at all, painfun experience from beginning to end. Would NOT recommend to anyone
