Martin's Tire & Alignment

Martins came to put rear tires on my tractor. When the truck got stuck in the mud we spent an hour trying to get it out and could not. Finally calling a near by business with a large tractor and we where successful on getting their truck out. I left and Martin did not pay the farmer the $75 for the tow (which is a very fair price). I had to honor the payment out of my own pocket. I called the owner and stated I was putting a stop payment on his check and sending him a new one less the tow fee of $75 and stop payment fee of $30. He threatened to contact a lawyer. As a buyer I am not responsible for his equipment.
I will say they did a good job putting on tires, and the installer was professional. Regardless if he felt he could not drive the field he should not of driven on it. When he got stuck he should of paid his own way out.
