This is second car I have purchased from E-Z way in Lincolnton. I thought this was going to be a better experience than the last time. The salesperson was great had no issues with purchasing the Automobile.Hope Jones was Terrific. But after getting the car home I noticed that I couldn't find the Locking key for RIMS.So I called Hope and she advised me they didn't have the Key. She told me that I could take it to HICKORY where they would Drill it off.That was not they issue. But the sales manager RICK DAVIS. Said they would only put regular lug nuts on. That not how I PURCHASED the vehicle. But this is not the first time I have heard of complaints about Rick Davis.I have had several people tell me about him. So when I finally met Hope Jones. I told her I did not want to have ANYTHING to do with him. So that how it was handled.Growing up I remember when my father bought a CAR he always went to the same Salesperson even if was not at the same Dealership.Yes I would buy another CAR from HOPE JONES. But not from E-Z way are any dealership has him EMPLOYED by Them. It Funny how one ASS can destroy a business

I’m honestly speechless at how attentive, respectful, and accountable Moose Motors has conducted themselves with me. I recently purchased a compact Mazda, from Moose himself, for a very fair market price. Both Moose and his salesman were very transparent, friendly, and approachable regarding questions about the car/test driving it (as a female person without the time or patience to deal with folks who waste my time or energy, I appreciate directness). Very straightforward process, incredibly positive…until…every used-car buyer’s worst nightmare. One week after purchase, the car had a major transmission malfunction. Uh-oh. I was prepared for the worst, potentially losing thousands of dollars on a car one week after purchase…but I called Moose anyway.He is currently correcting the issue, at no cost to me. HE IS CURRENTLY CORRECTING THE ISSUE, AT NO COST TO ME.The man is making right on his word to a customer he honestly owed nothing to.I CANNOT SAY THIS LOUD ENOUGH. THE. MAN. IS. MAKING. RIGHT. ON. A. USED. CAR. PURCHASE. If that kind of customer service isn’t as rare as hen’s teeth, I’m not sure what rock you are living under. Buy your car from this man, buy your mom a car from this man, buy your teenager driver a car from this man…just bring him business. A 3 hour job would have taken 2 days because of a parts screw-up, the only thing that wasn't their fault. It ended up taking 6 days, and nothing was right. They used a cheap filter with very expensive Amsoil, it will have to be changed in 3 months instead of a year. They installed a new distributor wrong, which made it impossible to set the timing right. It was more than 30 degrees off, the engine wouldn't idle right and was knocking so bad it would have destroyed the motor. There was a shouting match when I picked up, some unpleasant language from both myself and two of them. Roger refused to fix it, said I had to pay and never come back to his shop. It went straight from Rodes to Country Town, where a real mechanic removed and reinstalled the distributor, then set the timing correctly. If these morons can't do a tune-up and oil change right, they shouldn't be allowed to work on any car.

Had taken a jeep to get some parts.. and get a key programmed. Service manager came out said I had a bad key.. needed to get a replacement and that they couldn't help. Went to get my key and they refused it to me unless I paid their ridiculous fees for trying to get key to turn on (they have a remote they try the key on first! Which I was shown and they wanted to feed me a line of bull about how I had to pay regardless of the issue and work... took less than 5 mins to say key was fried... but long story short had to call police to get my key I bought and had paid for because they refused to give me my key that I'd paid for!!!
