I bought a 55 inch TV November2014 a sony which didn't work. I took it back got sanyo.which stopped working2 weeks ago. I bought ext warranty and the ext warranty co Asurion initially told me 2-7 days. It's been2 weeks without a TV cause they don't know when they are going to get the part. I ask how can they order a part without seeing my TV? They have been giving me the run around. Now they are going to call me in 2 days. I'm afraid I'm going to have to get an attorney because they can't fix it and don't want to replace it. Don't buy TV's or get their warranty because their recovery/response is not in a timely manner and they are rude because they want you to wait no matter how long it takes. I wouldn't refer anyone!
