Worst service dept. I have dealt with. I took it in the Saturday right after Thanksgiving and they needed to get authorization for the repair and I never received a call back. When I did follow up Brian had forgot about my job. Then he said he would call me back the next day. Of course that didn't happen. So I made another appt. and after having to start all over with the process, once again it will take all day to diagnose the car then I have to bring it in again. There was no attempt to correct the situation simply I'm sorry if you can't leave it all day we can't help you. Worst customer service I have encountered and I bought the vehicle from them!!
FIZOL IS THE WORST AGENT POSSIBLE and This dealership is in fact has to be the worst managed service dept. in the country!!!
my 2012 SRTstarted to have no power engine racing would not go I was on the freeway driving so I had it towed to nearest dealer moss Chrysler Jeep in Moreno valley I live in Indio and now stuck.
and a service guy name FIZOL was able to help me. I thought at the time I explained what happened he had the driver drop it in the shop so he could get the serial number and mileage on it
he had me sign a repair order and auth. $120.00 for a diagnosis I knew was still under warranty FIZOL said does not matter we need to check it out first if it is covered you will not be responsible but we have to scan the computer for codes and go from there if a warranty issue you will not have to pay
.so ok I signed it I needed a rental again had to auth and leave my credit card imprint at enterprise
well next day FIZOL in service called me and said the trans is out we have to tear it down to find cause of failure first because it is a sealed unit we cant see what failed until we take it out and tear it down before we submit it to factory and photo graphs in so many words to be exact
.are you kidding me I buy a vehicle it is still under factory warranty the trans goes out and I might have to pay thousands of dollars . he said I am sorry sir but that is the way it works. the factory will pay for the repair and the rental once we justify it is a failed internal part its pretty much a formality but I have to do it this way because the factory is the ones who pays the bills
well go ahead well this has been there for exactly 93 days he keeps giving false promises they got ok for clutches and a drum and gaskets that was damaged now the new story is the case is scored and need oil change and brake check receipts . I don't keep my oil change receipts what does that have to do with the transmission going out now I might have to pay for a new transmission and 100 days of a rental car are you out of your mind Again they got it auth 3 mos ago now needs more now I need oil change receipts I never had a car break down on me before and this Chrysler product is the worst and moss company and I think FIZOL has the worst short attitude and does not know what he is talking about HAS NO BUSINESS WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC
I was patient all this time when he called me a week after he got auth the said need more parts STILL WORKING ON IT to find this out late last night right before they were closing and I am 60 miles away I have not slept at all no way this can be true might have to pay rental now up to over $3000.00 alone he lied to me when he did not explain need all this stuff parts and oil changes and brake checks no one there today to get over his head factory closed it is Saturday before noon worst company no phone call since he said needs more parts 3 mos ago. ok more parts I figured it is far away let them do there job to find this out beware of this auto center there is moss on every building in the auto mall stay off the 60 in M/V
I would like to say my husband an I are very happy with Mike, David, and Leo at Moss Bros. Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Moreno Valley. They were all on our side from the beging and did not quit 'til we were in a safe reliable truck for ourselves, but most importantly, for our 3 kids who love the truck as much as we do. This is the 5th car I have purchased from the Moss Bros Auto Group and the 3rd one specifically from the Moreno Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge store. I've always had a super-pleasant buying experience with them. The General Manager, Dave Oley, is a great guy and really strives to make his customers happy. I've typically dealt with Richard Chew when I've purchased. He's always very professional and has always helped me get the payments and terms that fit my budget. I recommend them to all of my friends looking to buy a car and they've always taken care of them in the same way they take care of me. They've always gone above and beyond to make me happy - whether that's in sales or when I go to their service department. Everyone is very friendly and seems genuinely appreciative of my business. It's also very convenient that they have so many different brands represented in the same location as a ton of used cars. Thanks Moss Bros for once again taking care of me yesterday and helping me buy yet another new car from Moss!
