King Buffet

It's been a few years [ It was probably 2014 or 2015 ] The food was " Quite good " ! They had a choice of Buffet w/ a Mongolian Barbeque included .
At that time they " offered " either dine in at a " fixed price " for " All you Can Eat " ( aka, buffet ) or take out " By the Pound " ! If memory serves me correctly it was $ 2.39 per lbs., for the lunch menu and somewhere around $ 4., something for the Dinner offerings . [ Today is Wednesday June 9th., 2021 ] The atmosphere was was good, the food was " good to excellent " !
The only way you could go " wrong " was if you " Botched It " on your own construction of the [ pick the ingredients yourself ] Mongolian Barbeque !
( Note: Not many " Do it yourself " restaurants know This; But w/ the Lemon flavor, " They should ONLY Offer " " Lemon PEEL " for flavor and
" Not
Lemon Juice at all," because the acids in it " Cancel the Flavor " ! / You can construct the " Most Savory " Beef Chicken or Fish course ONLY to " Cancel
All that flavor " Just by adding " Lemon Water " ! And That dish will taste like " Cardboard " / I am Not making this up !
