I have been to several nail salons in Moreno Valley. This has been the best. And I can get my hair trimmed or colored at the same place.
My mom got here hair done by William first and I seen how he did such a great job with her so I decided to try him. I went to go get highlights for the first time. He did such a great job at giving me a consultation before doing anything that I wasn't nervous and usually hair dressers tend to skip this part. He was very professional and took his time making sure that his attention was on you and not taking phone calls the whole time like others I have had. I would definitely recommend him if you want someone who really cares and takes their time.
Horrible horrible horrible.I got my hair done by one of the stylist .She didn't do anything I ask for .All she did was give me ugly highlights and a bad haircut .They were so rude about it fixing my hair .SAVE your money and go somewhere else .
Horrible cut & customer service. Worst part it comes from the owner! Asked her to trim hair some more and she became extremely rude!
They dont like people that are fat and refused youMy husband been going to this places to get his pedicure done for two years. Its close to the house and they always saying hi and if one of us goes by our self asking where the other one is. Me I dont care where I go as long their friendly and fast but he likes to keep it one place and he loved this place and gets on me for not going there all the time. Last month he went on his usual day which is Sunday and they fused him saying Sunday so busy have to have appointments he went back during the week with no problems. I made him an appointment for this Sunday but he got off early today so he went today and the told him sorry we cant take you no more the manger wont let us because you to big and broke chair. The equipment in there is old and place is so run down. He stay mainly because of the friendliness. But to be blame for breaking it was wrong and mean!
Appalling, lack of privacy, professionalism and totally invasive! A sad scene is when for up close conversation random people, bill collectors, strange men, old friends and little kids actually enter Shelia’s House of Beauty and talk to the owner while their cutting, washing, dyeing, and weaving etc. client’s hair. It is recommended to keep current clients hire a receptionist or stop the people from entering the work (floor) area before they invade your client’s privacy.As a beautician and salon owner, you're in a unique position to make your clients look and feel like a million bucks. I highly recommend this salon..I've been coming here for many years and Carlos always does a great job.. Friendly and very professional and his staff does also an amazing job!!!
