I'm sorry ya"'ll had to read these reviews. Anyone who has ever came into my shop knows I go beyond the call of duty to help them to the extreme of giving the whole job away. But you always run into those few that no matter what you just can't please. That's is just customer service. I have taken my car here for the last 2 years and I trust them completely. It is a family owned business and they have always been friendly and professional when I have come in.

Had a rear bumper replaced. Found out from a friend days later that the license plate light wire was dragging under the car. Called to see why this wasn't fixed. Was told the plate that holds the light was not included in the bumper I supplied. Fact is, its unlawful to drive without a light over the license plate.

I dont know who Kelli J, Brandon C. Are but i work at Real Automotive and have never seen them step foot into this building. As far as Reid B goes, he was only here to get his timing set after him and his father decided they wanted to be mechanics& brought the truck in banging and knocking& Rick Barr fixed it. As far as Reids dad, that paid the bill, he was very pleased and said the truck never ran so good.

These people were absolutley rude ane not professional. My car is worse now than what it was before i took it there. They took my money and did not fix my vehicle. I will be sure to tell everyone about this and to never take your car there. Worst experience ever. These people will rip u off especially a woman.

I was charged $1500 ..... Absolute worst service possible.. Took my truck there it is a big block Chevy ! It never has had a tick or leaked oil or anything until I picked it up after they kept it for over a month.. I will never bring any vehicle back there and I will be sure to tell everyone this business will lie and take all your money .. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS ON A REVIEW I WOULD!!!!

Most horrible service ever. Rude interactions, lied about taking extra stuff apart, left out parts, and left old parts dangling. Worst place to get a car/truck worked on.
