So today I was in Ross looking for me something to wear for Thanksgiving. I love Ross and always shop there. As I am leaving from the fitting room, I hand Maureen the items I do not want and she tells me to put my clothes back on the hanger because other customers usually does. I was mad because isn't that her job? I have never had customer service anywhere like that before in my life! I asked an associate for her name and left without purchasing anything!
