Ron, manager transmission unlimited,let me remind you,back on the middle of august I stop at your office and inquire for a repair of a transmission code PO740( TCC) solenoid,I talk to you Ron,about the repair and cost,wich about a week later you tell me was the transmission pump and need to be ordered,and I tell you to go ahead and do the repair,also I ask you if you was able to fix the problem since is a 1997 old car and you tell me you can repair it,I decide to leave the car with the previous look for info in the internet and facebook page with the 4.5 star,Ron,this is how you describe yourself,28 years experience,hold a master transmission rebuilder and currently holds 5 Ace certification,but you are not able to fix my car. Then you have a Head shop foreman,Curt,with 18 years of experience,and he ,neither can be able to fix my car. Then,you also have Hector,another top nocht with over 30 years building transmission,He is a master transmission builder,and he also is not able to fix my car.Honest,professional and affordable. The first of september I receive a call letting me know I can pick up the car,the very first day,saturday,I run the car only around 3 and a half miles and the light service engine came on,I turn around,,then drive to auto zone,they run the computer and the same code came back. Then,the second time ,the same thing happen and I bring it to you again the very same day,after I stop in auto zone,and even show you the paper copy from auto zone every time I took the car from your shop when you tell me the car was ready,Also,you give me a phony receipt,and is not include the 2 years warranty that you tell,actually you are charge me for a front pump,overhaul kit and labor for what,neither,of this parts have been taking care of the problem,and if you and top nocht master rebuilder including you,are not able to fix the problem,,you took $1,605.00 dollar from me and not able to fix my car,

I took my vehicle to Keith at Taylor's. I let him know that my intention was to sell the car, and I wanted to fix a few things prior to selling the car. We reviewed the things that I wanted to do. He said that he would do a free 29-point inspection on the vehicle to find any mechanical issues. We also discussed clipping in a few trim pieces and replacing weatherstripping and trim around a window. He wasn't sure what the price would be on the the window trim, so the last thing I told him before I left was that if it was over $150.00 to call me, if it is less to go ahead and replace it. I received a call two days later that my car was ready, and the total was $328.00. I went to the shop to pay for the repairs and pick up the car. After paying, I went to inspect the car, and the window trim was not replaced as we discussed. Basically, Keith said that he forgot. Then I looked at the bill. He charged me $88.00 for a oil change (reasonable for a BMW), about $96 for a diagnostic (which he said would be free), and $126, to replace plastic clips on three trim pieces (seemed ridiculous). I asked him about the window trim, and he said that he could not take care of that for me. I would have to buy the part for around $150, and he would do the labor for free for the confusion. In short, the repairs I thought cost $328, would now cost almost $500. I thought the whole experience was unethical, and that he should have done the repairs he agreed to. I will never do business with this shop again. I have never worked with a shop that didn't write down what needed to be done, and communicate the repair costs accordingly, so you can make an educated decision. They took no responsibility for not keeping their commitment even though he admitted that our discussion on the repair expectations took place just as I described.
