In the past I have gone to this Verizon Store and have been satisfied. Not this time. It was time to up grade my iPhone. I wanted to keep my plan and pay as little as possible for new phone. First day I went was told to come back because they didn’t have all information, second time they gave me different $$ amounts, third time I went back they wanted to charge me $105. To buy out my old contract + I couldn’t keep my plan and also sales person was arrogant. Not to be discouraged I drove 7 miles to Norman. Went in told them I wanted new phone and to keep my calling plan. They were so helpful even found a calling plan for $5.00 less. Just wanted Moore Verizon to know Norman got my business.
We got done upgrading phones at the store and we aren’t real happy with the CS. I feel we just got tag teamed by the sales people and sold things we didn’t want but didn’t want to make a big fuss in the store. I did complain to Verizon to get my data back and to fix the discount were were told we were getting.When we got in the store we were met by first one person then two. The salesman was rush rush mood even though they weren’t really busy. We picked out our I phones and talked about how much our bill would change. He said our bill would only change by only $25 a month with this new plan but he was wrong when I called Verizon afterwards because he didn’t complete everything.. Then he tried to sell me the new protective glass for the phone for $40 each and I TOLD him I wasn’t interested because we never have broken or scratched a phone screen in 20 years. After we got our phone cases I asked him I wanted to see and itemized bill before we paid for the phone. He started to pull it up and an other saleslady rushed us over and distracted us by talking about bundling everything to get extra items. I saw him running my card before I could say anything. Then as he was transferring things off our old phones to the new ones I noticed he putting screen protector on my wife s phone and started on mine. I asked him what he was doing, he said I am putting on the protective glass I told you about. (This is where I didn’t want to make a fuss in the store) I thought what the hell because he already charged them on our card too? As we headed home we got a Verizon notice that our data showed only 10% left on our account. Got thinking that night and thought I needed to check with Verizon to see if that stupid salesman used our cell data rather than the stores WiFi? Verizon check and almost all our data was used to transferred thing from our old phone to the new ones!!! The salesman using our all data was the final straw!!!! What a terrible place to get a phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GO SOMEPLACE ELSE or you will get ripped off like we did. We should have gone to the Verizon Store in Norman because they have always treated us right for many years.
Ridiculously good customer service. July the 1st i visited for a new line for old phone. The 5th i decided to get a basic new phone for $4 a month since the visit on the 1st was so pleasant. A few clicks on her keyboard and BAM I'm hooked up to new phone, same new number. Same employee assisted both times, different crew each day and all were of like mind. They listened, replied and assisted me in what i was searching for with pricing,product and plan. If this location was able to do technical phone repairs, it'd be the god of all stores in OKC area. As it stands, it's perfect thanks to the People who occupy it.
