Let me start by stating that I would have picked 0 for a rating but it is not available. This repair service is beyond terrible. I have been dealing with this person since July 2017. Recommended by LG. My refrigerator stopped working 27 Jun 2017. It took two weeks for LG to find Tom's (A Better Service Repair) HA! HA! HA!, what a joke. Any way he came out to fix the refrigerator, did not fix it said the compressor was out. So I had to contact LG to get another service order, after I got it took another two weeks without any response from the repair service, so I called LG back and had too get his travel authorized. Then he finally comes back the second time replaces the compressor and the refrigerator still does not work. I called LG back and got another service order, they give me this repair service once again. I got the work order text to Tommy. I get know response after leaving three different voice messages. So I call back LG and they tell me that the repair service had cancelled the work order without give me a thank you very much. I would never recommend the repair service to anybody. If you see them coming ""RUN".

Mr Manning came one day after we called letting him know we were in quick need of repair. We had someone else over that left during the job and never returned, didnt even answer their phone. Mr. Manning came to the rescue and was quick, friendly, professional, and in my opinion extremely honest. He did an outstanding job and would recommend him to anyone!!!!! He was able to work around a pool table and get the job done when all others said it couldn't be done.... Definitely a 5 Star man!!!
this place is amazing - clean and respectful. I only go here to get my nails and my eye brows done. Jimmy is the best at what he does and the girls are amazing. My feet always feel so good when I leave!Top of the line with me : ) They always complete above and beyond any style I bring to them!
I came in for assistance talked to case worker qualified for foodstamps,but was missing only check stubs,so I went to former employer got my last 3 months of employment stubs.which she told me that's all she needed.came back she was gone so lady in front said wonderful that's what u needed.so she gave me my card and it's been a month with nothing cause my case worker won't answer or call me back.im living in my truck starving while looking for employment.her name is deja,I'm James m Williams 444-88-8004.phone 405 2094017 my benefits card #5081 4700 5082 5377. 12/49.please help
I had two appliances break in the same week. This repair service was the one listed for my area on the LG web site which is why I called them. He did fix both appliances over a 2 week period. However, when fixing my dishwasher, he pulled it out of the cabinet. When completed, he just pushed it back in place and did not re-install it. I called repeatedly and left messages to get him to come back and re-install the dishwasher. It was loose inside the cabinet and was no longer level. When I opened the door...the racks rolled out onto the floor! In 3 weeks I never got a response and had to call a plumber to come re-install my dishwasher. I would never call this repair service again and I have notified LG of my experience.
One of the best, if not the best, cake shop in town. The service crew are polite and the atmosphere of the place is really professional.
Recently had him come repair my carpet after my dog ripped it up in a few places. He quoted me less than other companies that came to look and did an absolutely fantastic job. Not only did he fix the area he quoted me for, but he went above and beyond and pointed out a couple areas throughout the house that needed some touching up and did them for no extra charge. I give my highest recommendation to Mr. Manning and his work. Very professional, efficient, and an outstanding guy in general! 5 gleaming stars. Thank you again so much!
Bad Customer Service- Bait and Switch Tactics. I order an item was told that I needed to wait one week before shipping (which was odd). Waited two weeks (never got item or call) before I reached out to them. They then tell me that they couldnt get my single item and that I needed to buy a whole intercom system which would cost $100.00 more. Totally unprofessional attitude.
We have never had to use this company but you can bet if we ever had need for this service we would NOT go with them! My husband and I were driving in Tuttle when one of their service trucks came flying up on us then flipped us off as he went speeding by. Truck number 9003 or something similar to that.
Kits had the best Chinese food ever. They have unfortunately have closed their business down and no longer serve the public.
