We have been using Curtz Pool Water for 25 years and they have always been reasonable and reliable! Whether it is for delivery on a holiday weekend for our pool opening ( Usually around Memorial day) to a last minute delivery due to repairs or even for a liner being replaced!

This family owned company has been such an awesome expierence. I've been going to them for 4 years now and everytime has been great... to going the extra mile for helping out with the little things to sharing their personal lives they do for the community. I recommend this company to any and everyone, so kind and helpful and on time.. they will not disappoint! 5 stars all the way!

I called all around the last few years trying to find the best prices, only to pay outrageous! Last year I found curtz pool water and was surprised that they delivered as far as Flint. And was still so cheap! So I had them come out which they came right away. Bubba came and filled our pool, and Not only was he friendly but also was able to answer every question that I had about the pool. We have exactly a 5000 gallon pool which cost us under $300 to have filled. I was very pleased with their service. And I'm getting on the phone right now again to have them come back out :-)

I cannot begin to express my gratitude and how thankful I am with Bubba!! He is Amazing! I had an unexpected funeral Saturday, up in the U.P. a 9hr drive.. which I started draining my pool Friday night. The valve was a pain and I had to rig it up just to get it to drain somewhat decent. Needless to say, it was still over a quarter full Sunday night. I stayed up all night Sunday emptying the rest with a shop vac and it wasn't finished when he arrived. And I missed his courtesy call the only time I left my phone to go inside and get something to drink :/ So anyways, when he got here right away he started helping me and the entire time kept a smile on his face and never once made it look like he was upset or that it was a problem. He ended up being here for a few hours and never once complained. I even had to leave him at my home while filling the pool because I had an appointment that I was going to be late too. If I wasn't so broke right now, I would have tipped him more than I did! He deserved a 50! Next year don't worry... The pool will be ready and I will make sure you get a better tip ;) Thank you so much! I seriously wanted to cry when u first got here because I thought for sure you would leave and my daughter wouldn't have her pool filled. You made a little girl and her momma very happy 😀

I have used Curtz for 20+ years and I must say year after year great job! I have never had anything but a great experience with the drivers and office staff.

Called them on Saturday and had my water on Thursday morning. Bubba called early to confirm and took care of everything while I was at work. I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again next year.

I have used Curtz two years in a row now and will ALWAYS use them. Very polite from the first phone call with Karen. I received a confirmation call and also was called about a half hour before they came. Bubba was the driver and he went way beyond his job to fill my pool. My gate was locked and I did not have the key but he made it work and acted like it was no problem. Very friendly and professional. The water was so clean and I did not add any chlorine until nearly a week later. This is a great company with excellent employees and outstanding customer service.

Second year using Curtz to deliver our pool water. Great service both years. This year we replaced our pool liner and Bubba knew exactly what needed to be done while filling the pool! We were unsure of the process and they made it so easy for us! Would definitely recommend Curtz Pool Water to all our friends and family!

They never cease to amaze me.... 25 years ago we bought our first above ground pool... the company that was installing it was making a horrible mess of it,, they told us to order the water too early and we called Curtz Pool Water because we didn't know of anyone else...When he came... he told the install people how to correct it and get it right... what a guy.. Mort, we love ya! We have been with them ever since..they aren't family , but they are near and dear to our hearts... You won't find anyone better than them.. They are a professional, but caring company.. very prompt and dependable... Our 25 year pool busted last year and we just got the new one installed yesterday... once again Curtz was on the ball and fit us in during the busiest time of the season.. And compared to some others,, they are reasonable in price.. Just not too many companies left like this one..I agree with others that Bubba is awesome... So kind and respectful... Such a sweet family!!

Bubba was our delivery man, he was great with my grandkids and answered questions I had about my pool. I had called A Plus and Ken Brown both of whom I would never recommend to anyone. Curtz called before coming and got to my house when they said they would. I will call curtz next year for my water. I just wish they accepted credit cards.

When all other water delivery businesses failed me by not showing up or returning phone calls, Karen at Curtz's took care of me! Because of Curtz's kindness my twins will be able to have our pool filled and ready for their 13th birthday party! I can't thank you enough Karen! This is my first experience owning a pool and Curtz's is the only reliable and respectful pool water delivery service in Genesse county!
