The New England Culinary Institute is a private coeducational school with campuses in Montpelier and Essex Junction, Vt. Founded in 1980, the school serves more than 500 students. It offers over five programs in culinary arts, baking, and hospitality and restaurant management. New England Culinary Institute offers training in more than 10 production kitchens, including restaurants, bakeries, banquets and corporate dining rooms. It has a staff of nearly 80 employees and is affiliated with the National Restaurant Association. In addition, New England Culinary Institute is accredited by Accrediting Commission of Career Schools and Colleges of Technology.
