Complete Rental

Over the past 10 years Trent and his employees have been great. The equipment has been functional and the service is outstanding, prices are reasonable also.
The employees are friendly and curious, and have a great sense of humor. They also understand fishing, baseball and they're helpful and
polite to my wife, so ya can't go wrong.

No sarcasm or disdain when I called. Actually they were quite helpful. They were even accommodating when I said I would be driving from over an hour away. They said I could drop off the equipment on Sunday when they normally are closed.

Do not rent anything from here! Customer service is rude condescending and very unhelpful. I was considering renting from this place because the local rental place was out of what I needed. When I called I had spotty cell coverage so I asked a second time if they had certain equipment available for clarification. I was then told by the guy that he already answered my question. He was rude and with sarcasm called me "boss". After I got upset about how I was being treated I was told before I even rented anything that they don't want customers like me. So if you want to be treated with sarcasm and distain I recommend these guys!
